Brooke Clagett is a lawyer whose practice focuses on commercial litigation.She represents clients involved in business disputes and other civil matters in state and federal courts, both at trial and on appeal.

Before forming her own practice, Brooke was a litigator in the Washington office of the law firm Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP. During that time, she gained the requisite skill and experience to manage sophisticated litigation matters that traditionally have been handled by large, multinational law firms. In her own practice, Brooke continues to tackle complex legal questions and factual situations in cases that are most efficiently managed by lean staffing and dedicated personal attention from an experienced litigator.
